Talentxcel
An AI-powered talent platform: marketing site, social feed, resume builder, and a marketplace for career services.
Overview
Talentxcel is an AI-powered talent platform split across two surfaces: a marketing site pitching recruitment, staffing, IT consulting, and coaching services to organisations, and a logged-in platform where individual users build a professional presence — a LinkedIn-style feed, an AI-assisted resume builder with ATS scoring, a marketplace for booking career professionals (resume reviews, interview prep, admissions strategy), and a "Career Passport": a shareable profile with a QR code, competitiveness score, and vCard export.
The challenge
Bundling a B2B services pitch, a consumer social feed, an AI resume tool, and a two-sided marketplace under one brand means each surface needs to feel like a coherent part of the same identity rather than four bolted-together products, while still giving each — job seeker, employer, and career-service provider — a clear entry point.
What I built
- Marketing site split into services for job seekers vs. services for organisations
- Social feed with posts, connections, and AI-assisted "Enhanced Post" creation
- AI resume builder with ATS pass-rate scoring, cover letters, and interview prep tools
- Two-sided marketplace for booking career professionals, with pricing, ratings, and availability
- "Career Passport": a shareable profile with QR code, competitiveness score, and vCard export
- Structured data (Organization + JobPosting JSON-LD) for SEO without relying on client-side rendering

Services split by audience
Job-seeker services and organisation services are presented separately, so the same platform can pitch both sides of a marketplace without one page trying to speak to everyone at once.
Career Passport
A single shareable profile — QR code, competitiveness score, resumes, jobs, certificates — gives users one professional identity to hand out instead of scattering links across LinkedIn, a resume PDF, and a portfolio site.
SEO survives client rendering
Organization and JobPosting structured data are embedded statically in the HTML, so core SEO metadata is visible to crawlers even though the rest of the page is fully client-rendered.
