BuildoCare
A marketing and lead-generation site for architectural, 3D, and structural drawing services.
Overview
BuildoCare is a lead-generation site for a construction-design services firm — 2D architectural plans, 3D visualisations, and structural drawings for house owners, contractors, and engineers. The site splits its offering into a free tier (basic plans, 3D previews, a cost estimator, sample drawings) and a paid tier (personalised specs, custom structural drawings, construction consultation), with content and images served from Sanity as a headless CMS and a blog for organic search.
The challenge
A services business selling both free previews and paid custom work needs its site to draw a clear line between the two without confusing visitors, while giving non-technical staff a way to publish blog content and update imagery without a code deploy — which is what pushed the content layer onto a headless CMS rather than hardcoded pages.
What I built
- Next.js App Router site with Tailwind CSS styling and self-hosted Poppins via next/font
- Service pages for 2D plans, 3D views, and structural drawings under /our-services
- Free-vs-paid tier framing on the homepage: previews and estimator vs. custom specs and consultation
- Sanity.io headless CMS integration for blog posts and homepage imagery
- Contact and registration flows for inbound leads

Free/paid service split
The homepage draws an explicit line between what's free (basic plans, previews, an estimator) and what's paid (custom specs, structural drawings, consultation), so the lead-gen funnel is clear before a visitor ever contacts sales.
Headless content
Blog posts and homepage imagery come from Sanity rather than being hardcoded, so content can be updated without a redeploy.
